1. Service Description

Zachem Ya is a mobile application for self-exploration based on the principles of Viktor Frankl's logotherapy. The app helps users explore values, narratives, and life journey through interactive modules and an AI coach.

2. Age Restrictions

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not use this application.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Free access: modules M0 and M1 are available for free.
• Premium subscription: modules M2–M4, unlimited AI coach, all philosophical lenses.
• Price: the subscription price and currency are shown in the App Store / Google Play and in the app at the moment of purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged through your App Store or Google Play account. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store settings.

4. AI Features — Important Notice

The AI coach and other AI-powered features (goal suggestions, barrier analysis, strategy recommendations) are not a substitute for a licensed psychologist, therapist, or medical professional. They are tools for self-exploration and reflection. They do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.

Request texts are processed by a third-party AI provider and may be temporarily retained by it in accordance with its retention policy. We do not use your data to train models.

If you experience severe anxiety, depression, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact a professional or a crisis hotline in your country.

5. User Data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Do not attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or payment systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." The developer does not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes and is not liable for decisions made based on AI coach recommendations. Using the app does not substitute professional psychological help.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via the app: Profile → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to users through an in-app notification.
