- The email address linked to your account
- Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 14, iOS 18)
- The app version, shown in Profile → Settings
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by the store you bought them in, not by us. To view, change or cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's own policies.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account directly in the app at any time: Profile → Delete Account. The request procedure, the timeline and the list of data removed are set out on a separate page — Account Deletion.

Zachem Ya is a tool for reflection and self-discovery. It is not medical care, and Vela is not a specialist. If you are in distress or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis line in your country — that help is real, and it is not a step backwards to use it.
